Pin Grading
- Standard/A grade: best pins of the batch. May have very minor imperfections. Please keep in mind that each pin is handmade.
- B grade: have minor flaws hardly noticeable (light scuffs or specks).
- C grade: more noticeable or multiple flaws that do not take away from the overall look of the pin.
- Seconds: worse than C grades, multiple flaws or one big flaw.
In-stocks and preorders
In-stock pins are already at my place and will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
If you order a preorder pin, you will be guaranteed the best pins of the batch, but you will have to wait until production is finished and they are shipped to me and graded.
The production will start once all slots are filled, which means the whole process may take 2 to 3 months. If you are not willing to wait, please do not purchase pre-orders and wait for in-stocks instead.
I cannot refund money for pre-orders once production starts, as this money is sent to the manufacturer and is no longer in my hands.
If you place an order for both in-stocks and pre-orders, your order will be held until I have everything on hand to ship everything together.

I am no longer shipping to Germany due to new shipping restrictions. :(
Please be aware that I am not responsible for lost or stolen package. Once it is out of my hands, I cannot control how the package will be handled by the different postal services until it reaches your country.
Please always double check that your address is correct before confirming your order! If you notice that there is an error, immediately contact me to let me know.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
If you place several orders, please message me with all the orders details so I can refund the excess you paid on shipping!
All sales are final. If you have any problem while or after placing an order, please drop me a message.
If you do not claim your parcel after delivery attempts are made and it is returned to me, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied.
Postage will not be refunded.
